Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 12 June 2025  ·  Effective Date: 12 June 2025

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that apply when you browse the Codeloom website, enquire about a course, or enrol in one of our learning tracks. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By accessing our site or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment.

If you have questions, contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +66 81 360 7294.

1. About Codeloom

Codeloom is an online school for AI development, operated from 95 Thanon Thalang, Talat Yai, Phuket 83000, Thailand. We offer structured learning tracks designed to help people build practical skills in programming, machine learning, and software deployment.

Our courses are delivered online and are intended for adult learners who can commit consistent time to study and practice. We do not market our courses to minors under the age of 18 without appropriate parental or guardian consent.

2. Enrolment and Access

Eligibility

To enrol in a Codeloom course, you must provide accurate contact details during the enquiry or sign-up process. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is correct and up to date.

Course access

Once enrolment is confirmed and payment is received, you will be given access to the materials and sessions for your chosen track. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login details or allow another person to complete the course on your behalf.

Prerequisites

Each track carries its own recommended starting point. We describe what prior experience is helpful on our Solutions page. It is your responsibility to assess whether you meet the starting point for the track you choose.

3. Course Fees and Payment

Pricing

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our website. The current fees are:

Prices are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to adjust prices for future intake cohorts; any change will not affect a confirmed enrolment already paid for.

Payment terms

Full payment is due before course access is opened. We will confirm the payment methods available at the time of your enquiry. We do not store payment card data ourselves — any card processing is handled by a third-party payment provider under their own security standards.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation before course start

If you cancel your enrolment before the course start date, you may request a refund. We will review each request individually and aim to respond within five working days. Our ability to issue a refund and the amount returned may depend on how close to the start date the cancellation is made and any costs already incurred.

After course start

Once a course has started and materials have been accessed, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds simply because a learner decides the content is not what they expected — our course descriptions are written to give an honest picture of what is covered.

Exceptional circumstances

If you are unable to continue due to genuine unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to find a reasonable solution, which may include a deferral to a future cohort.

5. Intellectual Property

Codeloom materials

All course materials, exercises, written content, and recordings created by Codeloom are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal learning but may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute them without our written permission.

Your work

Work you produce as part of the course — code you write, projects you build, documentation you prepare — belongs to you. When you submit work for mentor feedback, you give us a limited licence to review and comment on it for the purposes of your learning. We will not use your work in any other way without your consent.

6. Your Responsibilities as a Learner

We ask all learners to approach the course with honesty and consideration for others. Specifically, you agree to:

If we believe these expectations are not being met, we reserve the right to remove a learner from a course. In such cases, we will consider refund eligibility based on the circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

Codeloom aims to deliver well-structured, accurate, and useful learning material. However, we cannot make any assurance about the outcomes of completing a course — employment, freelance success, or technical proficiency will depend on many factors outside our control, including the effort and background each individual brings.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of earnings, or similar consequential damages.

This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under Thai consumer protection law.

8. Website Use

You may browse the Codeloom website for personal, informational purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from our site. You may not use our site in any way that could damage its functionality or reputation.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will always be accessible or error-free. We may update or take down content at any time without notice.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site or course materials may include links to external resources, tools, or platforms. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Clicking an external link means you are leaving the Codeloom environment and the third party's own terms apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights as an enrolled learner, we will notify you by email. Continued use of our site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
